Mobile Notarization
Whether at home, work or on the go, we will come to you.
Mobile notary appointments start at $15 per document. +$20 for weekends, holidays, and after-hours (before 8am & after 6pm).
Travel Fees:
Home Zone: $15 (within 1-3 miles of Elizabeth town limits)
Local Zone: $30 (within 4-20 miles of Elizabeth)
Extended Zone: $50 (within 21-30 miles of Elizabeth)
Long-Distance: $60 base + $0.76 per round trip mile (30+ miles)
Online Notarization

Single Document Notarization $35
Each Additional Signature $10
Same-Day / After-Hours Processing +$20

How does it work?
Getting your document notarized online is quick and easy!
You will need:
- Internet connection
- Access to smartphone, tablet or computer with audio/camera capabilities
- Valid U.S. government issued photo identification card or passport

Book an appointment online through our website. Select the service that you need, and choose the available date and time that works best for you.
To confirm the appointment, we will need your full name, email addres and cell phone number. Your personal information is secure & confidential.
Upload Docs>
Please submit documents to our secure portal at least 1 hour prior to your appointment.
Once received, you’ll be sent an email with a link to access the online notary session. For your security and privacy, all documents will be deleted within 24 hours, or after your notary appointment is completed.
Meet Notary>
About 5 minutes before your appointment time, you will be prompted to click on a secure link sent directly to your email address provided.
Please upload a photo of your identification then meet with your online notary.
Get Notarized
Your online notary will guide you through the process. After the notarization is complete, your document will be available for instant download.
